**Subject Matter Expert (Curriculum Developer) - Math & English**

**Location**: Gurgaon, Sector 47 (Work From Office)
**Experience**: 3-7 years
**Joining**: Immediate
**Working Days**: 6 days/week

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop curriculum content, lesson plans, assessments, and activities for Grades 6-8.
- Align lessons with international standards (IB, IGCSE, Cambridge, CBSE) and Common Core for Math.
- Foster conceptual understanding, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with editorial, design, production, and digital teams for print and online content.
- Review and refine content to ensure accuracy, quality, and learner engagement.

**Subject-Specific Expertise**

**Math SME**:

- Strong knowledge of IB and Common Core Math standards.
- Ability to create higher-order thinking tasks and problem-solving exercises.

**English SME**:

- Strong command of IB Language & Literature and IGCSE English curricula.
- Expertise in reading, writing, speaking, and listening instructional strategies.
- Ability to integrate multicultural texts and global perspectives.

**Common Skills & Requirements**
- 3-7 years of curriculum development or teaching experience in international schools.
- Familiarity with digital learning tools and blended pedagogy.
- Excellent research, writing, and editing skills.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and deadline management abilities.
