**Hiring for Accounts Executive**
**Location: Sanpada, Navimumbai**
**Salary: 25k to 35k**

**Years of experience: Minimum 3 years**

**Job Description**:
As an **Accountant **you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and assisting in various financial reporting tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring that the company’s financial

transactions are accurately recorded and maintained.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **End-to-End Accounting**: Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including maintaining accurate financial records, preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
- **Compliance**: Ensure timely and accurate compliance with statutory regulations, including GST, TDS, and other financial reporting requirements.
- **Taxation**: Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other tax-related documents.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and accounted for.
- **Invoice Management**: Handle invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processes.
- **Assist in Audits**: Work closely with senior accountants and CAs during internal and external audits, ensuring all financial records are in order.
- **Support to Chartered Accountants**: Assist the CA in finalizing accounts, preparing **financial statements, and supporting taxation and audit processes.**

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.

**- Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of **GST**, **TDS**, and other tax compliance.
- Proficiency in **bank reconciliations**, **invoicing**, and **account finalization**.
- Working knowledge of **Tally**, **MS Office**, and other accounting software.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
