**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
- Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct ledgers.
- Prepare and process bills, invoices, and bank deposits.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare basic financial reports.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and perform account reconciliations.
- Assist in audits and prepare necessary audit documentation.
- Maintain accounting documents and records in an organized manner.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks).
- Familiarity with statutory compliances like GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Location**:
Sanpada Navi Mumbai.

Pay: ₹10,398.18 - ₹35,708.22 per month
