**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a talented and creative **UI/UX Designer** to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing engaging user interfaces and experiences for **mobile apps, websites, social media images, and videos**. You will collaborate with developers, marketers, and stakeholders to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs that align with our brand identity and business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, banners, and other digital assets for social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
- Develop UI components, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to optimize designs.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility of designs and seamless user experiences.
- Develop branding materials, icons, infographics, and motion graphics for videos.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance user experiences.
- Ensure consistency in visual design and usability across all digital platforms.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **UI/UX Designer** with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile, web, and social media designs.
- Proficiency in **Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and other design tools**.
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
- Strong understanding of **user-centered design (UCD), usability principles, and accessibility standards**.
- Experience in designing social media graphics, promotional videos, and UI animations.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in **Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Multimedia, or a related field**.
- Previous experience in a SaaS-based company or startup environment.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
