**Job Title**:Sales and Marketing Assistant for Coaching Academy

**Job Type**:Full-Time

We are a premier coaching academy dedicated to providing exceptional educational support to students from class 5th to 10th, as well as specialized coaching for 11th to 12th-grade students preparing for competitive exams like IIT-JEE and NEET. Our mission is to foster academic excellence and prepare the next generation of scholars and professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new students and retain existing ones.
- Manage both offline and online marketing campaigns, ensuring a cohesive and brand-aligned approach.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, open houses, and educational fairs to increase brand awareness.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with academic staff to align marketing initiatives with educational goals and curriculum updates.
- Monitor and analyze marketing and sales data to report on ROI and adjust strategies as needed.
- Engage with students and parents through various channels to build relationships and foster a community around the academy.
- Be ready to step into a team leadership role as the academy grows and the need for a dedicated marketing team arises.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing within the education sector, specifically with classes 5th to 10th and 11th to 12th Science IIT-JEE/NEET.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team when necessary.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Passionate about education and has a genuine interest in the academic success of students.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
