**Description and Responsibilities**:
**1) Sales Strategy Development**:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

Identify potential markets and customer segments for oil products.

**2) Client Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

**3) Sales Presentations and Negotiations**:
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.

Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with customers.

**4) Market Research and Analysis**:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Analyze sales data to evaluate performance and recommend improvements.

**5) Product Promotion and Marketing**:
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote company products.

**6) Order Processing and Logistics**:
Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Monitor inventory levels and manage product availability.

**7) Sales Reporting and Forecasting**:
Prepare regular sales reports detailing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.

Forecast sales targets and monitor actual performance against targets.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
**Sales Experience**: Previous experience in sales, ideally within the oil or related industry.

**Negotiation Skills**: Ability to negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Analytical Skills**: Capability to analyze sales data and market trends.

**Customer Focus**: Dedication to meeting customer needs and building relationships.

**Team Collaboration**: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Regulatory Compliance**: Awareness of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
