**He must be able to Travel 100% all over the District**
**Need to handle the whole district.**
As a Sales Officer in the leading oil industry, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and developing business opportunities within your assigned territory or market segment. This role involves building strong customer relationships, promoting company products, and achieving sales targets. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support the company's growth objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Business Development**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base and market presence.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, including oil distributors, retailers, and industrial consumers.
- Understand customer needs and requirements and provide solutions tailored to their specific requirements.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Product Promotion and Sales**:
- Promote company products and services effectively to generate sales leads and close deals.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers to showcase product features and benefits.
- Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable to the company.
- **Sales Planning and Reporting**:
- Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and plans to guide sales activities and resource allocation.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, including sales volume, revenue, and profitability, and analyze trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and delivery of customer orders.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers and resolve any delivery issues or challenges.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred or Any degree.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the oil industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
