**Job Title**: Busbar Fabrication Fitter

**Job Summary**:
The Busbar Fabrication Fitter is responsible for assembling, fitting, bending, cutting, and modifying copper and aluminum busbars used in switchgear, control panels, and electrical systems. The role involves interpreting engineering drawings and specifications to fabricate high-quality busbar assemblies according to project requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings for busbar layout and fabrication.
- Measure, mark, cut, bend, and punch copper/aluminum bars to precise specifications.
- Drill and tap holes in busbars using hand or power tools.
- Assemble busbar components and ensure correct alignment, spacing, and insulation.
- Install heat shrink tubing, insulation sleeves, or epoxy coating as required.
- Ensure all fittings and joints are tight and free from defects.
- Perform quality checks and make necessary adjustments to meet standards.
- Use bending machines, hydraulic presses, and other fabrication equipment safely.
- Maintain tools and machinery used in fabrication in good working order.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure proper use of PPE.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Busbar fabrication: 1 year (preferred)
