Key Responsibilities:

- **Troubleshooting and repairing**: Identifying and fixing malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
- **Using hand and power tools**: Employing a variety of tools for cutting, shaping, fitting, and fastening.
- **Welding**: Utilizing welding equipment to join structural components.
- **Inspecting fabricated components**: Checking dimensions, tolerances, and specifications of parts.
- **Adhering to safety standards**: Following all safety protocols and regulations in the workplace.
- **Collaborating with other team members**: Working with production teams to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.

Specific Skills:

- **Fitter skills**: Including fitting, assembly, and installation of mechanical components.
- **Welding skills**: Proficiency in various welding techniques.
- **Tool and machinery operation**: Knowledge and experience in using various hand and power tools, as well as machinery like lathes and CNC machines.
- **Problem-solving and analytical skills**: Ability to diagnose and resolve issues with machinery and equipment.
- **Blueprint reading and interpretation**: Understanding and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
