The **School Coordinator** will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth academic and administrative functioning of the school. **Key Responsibilities: Academic Operations**:

- Oversee the implementation and compliance of the **CBSE curriculum**, ensuring alignment with prescribed guidelines and best practices.
- Monitor **teaching standards** and support teachers in enhancing instructional quality through regular observations and feedback.
- Facilitate regular teacher training sessions and workshops to encourage professional development.
- Supervise the preparation and delivery of **lesson plans**, **assessments**, and student progress reports.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Manage **day-to-day operations**, including schedules, timetables, classroom allocations, and resources to ensure a well-organized environment for both staff and students.
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and performance data.
- Ensure that the school complies with all regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Act as the primary liaison between the **teaching staff, school management, students, and parents**, ensuring open communication and collaboration.
- Address parental concerns and queries, fostering a strong partnership between the school and families.
- Organize and participate in **parent-teacher meetings** to discuss student progress and address concerns.

**Extracurricular and Co-Curricular Activities**:

- Plan, organize, and supervise **co-curricular** and **extracurricular activities** to promote holistic student development.
- Encourage student participation in competitions, cultural programs, and community service initiatives to build their confidence and skills.
- Ensure a balanced approach to academics and extracurricular engagements to foster an enriching school environment.

**Leadership and Team Building**:

- Provide leadership to the teaching and non-teaching staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated school culture.
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new staff members, ensuring they align with the school’s vision and values.
- Address conflicts or challenges among staff members promptly and professionally.

**School Growth and Development**:

- Support the school management in achieving short-term and long-term goals, including student enrollment targets.
- Contribute to the promotion of the school in the local community through outreach activities and engagement initiatives.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend innovative strategies to enhance the school’s academic and operational performance.

**Desired Qualifications and Skills**:

- A **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in Education, Administration, or a related field.
- **Minimum of 3-5 years of experience** in a leadership role within a school environment.
- Strong knowledge of **CBSE curriculum** and education policies.
