We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to join our team. This role is pivotal in building relationships with prospective families and guiding them through the admission process.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Student Admission Process**:

- Manage and oversee the entire admission process, from inquiry to enrollment.
- Provide detailed information about the school’s curriculum, facilities, and policies to prospective parents and students.
- Assist families in completing admission forms and ensuring all required documentation is submitted.
- **Counselling and Relationship Management**:

- Conduct school tours for parents and students, showcasing the campus, classrooms, and facilities.
- Build strong relationships with prospective families to ensure a positive experience throughout the admission journey.
- **Marketing and Outreach**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and events to promote the school.
- Participate in education fairs, workshops, and community events to generate leads.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to convert inquiries into admissions.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the school’s CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on admission statistics, trends, and progress to the school management.
- **Collaboration with School Staff**:

- Work closely with the Principal and administrative staff to align admission strategies with school goals.
- Coordinate with teachers for student assessments during the admission process, if required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Requirements**: Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Education, Marketing, or Communication).
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or customer-facing roles. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- **Skills**:

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong sales and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred.

Pay: ₹11,029.26 - ₹36,602.42 per month
