Housekeeping Supervisor

Assign housekeeping tasks and ensure adherence to cleanliness standards through regular inspections.
- Schedule staff shifts and coordinate replacements as needed to maintain optimal staffing levels.
- Investigate and address complaints regarding poor housekeeping service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Provide training to housekeeping staff to ensure understanding of job responsibilities and cleanliness standards.
- Regularly take inventory of cleaning supplies and order stock as necessary.
- Distribute cleaning supplies and equipment to staff as needed for efficient operations.
- Screen housekeeping applicants and recommend promotions, transfers, or dismissals based on performance.
- Assist with cleaning duties during staff shortages to uphold cleanliness standards and service levels.

**Housekeeping Supervisor Requirements**:

- High school diploma or GED.
- Proven housekeeping or hospitality experience.
- Working knowledge of housekeeping.
- The ability to multitask.
- The ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Effective communication skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
