**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation & Data Mining**:Identify and research potential clients using online databases, LinkedIn, and other sources. Maintain and update lead records in Excel or CRM systems.

**Product/Service Pitch Support**: Assist in preparing customized pitch decks and introductory presentations. Understand core offerings and communicate value proposition to prospects.

**Proposal & Documentation Support**: Help draft proposals, responses to RFPs, and technical/commercial documentation. Collaborate with delivery teams to gather inputs for proposals.

**Market Research & Analysis**: Analyze market trends, competitor services, and customer needs. Prepare summary reports for internal strategic discussions.

**CRM & Data Management**:Log all lead and prospect interactions in CRM tools. Track outreach performance and sales funnel progress.

**Internal Collaboration**:Work closely with business development, marketing, and delivery teams. Support event or webinar-related lead capture and outreach.

**Requirements**:
**Required Skills & Competencies**:
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Basic understanding of the sales process

Ability to learn and pitch technical concepts clearly

Data research and internet mining skills

Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Time management and organizational abilities

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a fast learner

Team player with a collaborative mindset

Preferred (Good to Have):
Knowledge of CRM tools

Interest or academic exposure to sustainability, ESG, or climate action topics

Prior internship or project work in sales or research roles

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related fields

0-1 year of experience (internships/projects can be counted)
