We are seeking a driven and creative Digital Advertising Executive to join our fast-paced team. You will play a key role in developing and executing strategic digital advertising campaigns across various online channels. You'll work closely with clients to understand their goals and target audiences, and then translate that knowledge into compelling and measurable campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and present data-driven digital advertising strategies for clients.
- Conduct in-depth audience research and competitor analysis to inform campaign targeting.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels (depending on your agency's focus).
- Create compelling ad copy, headlines, and landing page content.
- Collaborate with designers and web developers to ensure seamless ad creative execution.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, etc.) and present insightful reports to clients.
- Stay updated on the latest digital advertising trends, platforms, and technologies.
- Optimize campaigns based on data insights to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) for clients.
- Assist with developing and maintaining strong client relationships through clear communication and exceeding expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 1 year of experience in a digital advertising agency or marketing department (preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital advertising principles and best practices (PPC, display advertising, social media advertising, etc.).
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other major advertising platforms (a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mind with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (a plus).
- Creative and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
