
Tele-sales & Operations Executive

Experience: 1-3 years in sales (experience in real estate is a plus)

Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update customer information in the database accurately and promptly.
- Follow up with potential clients to provide information and answer questions about properties.
- Track and report on sales activities, leads, and conversion rates on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with the field sales team to provide status updates and ensure seamless communication.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
- Being part of direct marketing activities and strategizing them.
- Coordinating with companies from time to time for operational activities
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
