Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Sales Executive located in Bidhannagar. The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting our services, and generating leads. The role involves understanding client needs, providing solutions, and closing sales. Additionally, the Tele Sales Executive will maintain a client database, follow up on leads, and report on sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for making outbound calls and engaging with clients
  • Sales and negotiation skills to close deals
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining client databases
  • Experience in the hospitality industry or similar field is a plus
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • A positive attitude and a team player
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Salary for this role is 14-15K, including variables.
