- Supports Colt's legal team in all aspects of delivering effective legal support
- Mainly focused on European based legal matters, with a minority contingent of Indian legal matters
- Provides hands-on commercial and legal support and advice
- Drafts, reviews and negotiates a variety of contracts
- Provides contract-management
- Assesses disputes and evaluates Colt's legal position
- Contributes to the updating of a suite of standard templates
- Provides ad-hoc legal support and advice on a range of matters as required
- Delivers services in accordance with the relevant internal Operating Level Agreements**Key performance indicators (financial and non-financial)**
- Engages effectively with internal clients and provides support on legal matters as required
- Provides sound commercial legal advice on a range of matters, including
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial and legal agreements, including wayleave agreements, telecoms carrier agreements, duct use/lease agreements, non-disclosure agreements, procurement agreements;
- Disputes with customers, suppliers and other parties
- Contract Summaries, Press Releases etc.,
- Provides contract management for on going contractual relationships
- Supports the legal team in updating and maintaining of frameworks and standards, including standard customer documentation
- Manages workload and prioritizes effectively
- Sets clear and achievable expectations with internal customers
- Proactively follows up on actions and deliverables
- Delivers project completion in a timely and efficient manner
