**Position: IT Sales Trainee - Gurgaon**

**Your Role**:

- Be the voice of the brand: Engage with customers, address their queries, and promote our products and services.
- Master the art of up-selling and cross-selling industry-leading tech solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of call quality.
- Consistently hit sales targets and maintain productivity levels.
- Build long-lasting relationships with customers and foster positive business interactions.
- Stay motivated, organized, and ahead in your sales game.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
- Someone who can juggle multiple tasks with ease (talk and type at the same time).
- A positive attitude and a proactive mindset.
- Great interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- A basic understanding of computers is a plus

**What’s In It for You?**
- **Stipend**: ₹22,000/month in hand, plus a **₹3,000 Loyalty Bonus** after completing 1 year.
