Job Description About the Job Job Title: Sales Trainee (Remote) Location: Full-Time, Remote Working Days: Sunday to Thursday (Friday & Saturday Off) Stipend: 10,000/month during 3-month training period Post-Training Compensation: Up to 40,000/month based on performance (reviewed at 3 or 6 months) Eligibility: Only Fresh Graduates (Experienced candidates will not be considered) Role Overview: As a Sales Trainee, you'll work with our admissions and sales teams to identify career challenges faced by potential learners and help them choose the right upskilling programs. You'll be trained extensively in consultative selling, lead management, and objection handling. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to build a high-growth career in Ed-Tech sales. Key Responsibilities: Speak with potential learners via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to understand their career goals. Recommend suitable courses and explain how they align with learner needs. Maintain lead details and follow-up activity in the CRM system. Meet and exceed monthly performance targets during and after training. Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of enrolled learners. Eligibility Criteria: Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Experience: Fresh graduates only; candidates with prior work experience will not be considered. Equipment: Must have a personal laptop and broadband internet connection. Skills Required: Strong communication and listening skills. High level of motivation and self-discipline. Ability to understand customer psychology and build rapport. Basic familiarity with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and online tools. What We Offer: Fixed stipend of 10,000/month during the 3-month training period.
