**Assistant Manager - Influencer Marketing E-commerce/Retail**

Location: Mumbai, India
Experience: 4-6 years in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or social media

We are looking for a dynamic professional to manage and scale influencer campaigns across multiple platforms. The role involves end-to-end campaign execution, strong stakeholder collaboration, relationship-building with key influencers, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage execution and delivery of influencer-led campaigns, including brand-funded collaborations, sales promotions, and affiliate programs
- Ensure smooth coordination and guestlisting for influencer-driven events
- Track and improve Brand Partner NPS, focusing on campaign satisfaction and repeat collaborations
- Build and nurture relationships with top-tier and emerging influencers
- Drive new influencer collaborations and oversee contract negotiations
- Own reporting and analysis of performance metrics across influencer campaigns
- Work with internal stakeholders across brand teams, social media, e-commerce, vendors, and agency partners for smooth campaign execution
