**Summary**:
As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales. Leveraging your creativity and understanding of digital trends, you will identify, recruit, and manage influencers to promote our brand and products to targeted audiences.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategy Development**:
- Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to develop influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives and target audience demographics.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to identify relevant influencers and partnership opportunities.
- **Influencer Identification and Recruitment**:
- Identify and vet potential influencers based on criteria such as audience demographics, engagement rates, content quality, and brand alignment.
- Reach out to influencers and negotiate partnership terms, including compensation, deliverables, and contractual agreements.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, serving as the main point of contact and fostering ongoing collaboration.
- **Campaign Management**:
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including content creation, posting schedules, and performance tracking.
- Provide creative direction and guidance to influencers to ensure that branded content aligns with brand messaging and aesthetics.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and optimize strategies accordingly.
- **Content Creation and Collaboration**:
- Work closely with influencers to ideate and develop engaging content that resonates with target audiences and drives desired actions.
- Review and approve influencer-generated content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate product seeding and sampling initiatives to facilitate content creation and product reviews.
- **Measurement and Reporting**:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for influencer marketing campaigns, such as reach, engagement, sentiment, and return on investment (ROI).
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards summarizing campaign results, insights, and actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Communicate findings to stakeholders and contribute insights to inform future marketing strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- X years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners.
- Creative thinking and storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and brand alignment.
- Analytical mindset, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
