**Job Title: Influencer Marketing Manager**

**Experience: 2-4 years**

**Location: Santacruz**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**:

- Develop influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and target audience demographics.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of influencer campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to integrate influencer marketing into overall marketing plans.
- **Influencer Identification and Recruitment**:

- Research and identify relevant influencers across various social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) based on brand fit and audience demographics.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, negotiating contracts and partnerships as needed.
- Develop creative briefs and campaign guidelines for influencers, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and values.
- **Campaign Execution**:

- Coordinate and manage influencer marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with influencers on content creation, including sponsored posts, videos, and other promotional materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- **Content Development**:

- Work with influencers to develop authentic and engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
- Provide guidance and feedback to influencers to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.
- Repurpose influencer-generated content for use across brand channels and marketing campaigns.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Nurture and maintain relationships with influencers, acting as the main point of contact for communication and collaboration.
- Handle inquiries, requests, and issues from influencers in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage influencer contracts, payments, and logistics to ensure smooth partnerships.
- **Measurement and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze key performance metrics for influencer campaigns, including reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign results and insights to internal stakeholders.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize future influencer marketing initiatives and strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
- Proficiency in influencer marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in influencer marketing.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
