**Role Description**

Capco is looking for strong Business Analysts in India. The role offers a great opportunity to work with leading global clients of Capco.

**Industry**:

- BFSI/Capital Market

**Experience**: 7-12 years

**Role Scope**
- Ability to work with business customers to elicit their requirements, in particular being able to get them to think about their needs rather than telling us what the solution should be.
- Analyst should have experience in the**UK Pensions**:

- Knowledge of either **Waterfall or Agile**:

- Experience in process mapping and data flow creation
- Ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders, both locally and remotely, who have varying degrees of knowledge around the specialist nature of our work.
- Ability to use ADO as a repository for documenting and tracking requirements.
- Facilitation & collaboration skills
- Facilitation of Workshops
- Strong communication skills
