**About Us**:
We are a fast-growing eCommerce brand looking for a **Creative Designer** to join our team and elevate our ad creatives. Our brand thrives on engaging, high-converting User-Generated Content (UGC), and we need someone who can turn raw UGC into polished, scroll-stopping ads.

**Role Overview**:
As a **Creative Designer**, you will be responsible for transforming existing UGC into high-performing ad assets for social media, paid advertising, and website use. You will edit videos, create eye-catching graphics, and design ad creatives optimized for eCommerce conversions. Your work will directly impact our brand's online presence, engagement, and sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Edit and enhance UGC videos** for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube ads.
- **Create static and animated ad creatives** using existing UGC and brand assets.
- **Design compelling ad thumbnails, banners, and social media graphics** optimized for engagement.
- **Storyboard and conceptualize ad creatives** using existing UGC to maximize conversions.
- **Collaborate with the marketing team** to ensure creatives align with performance data and campaign objectives.
- **Stay updated on eCommerce trends, social media ad formats, and design best practices** to create high-converting visuals.

**Requirements**:

- **2+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing** for eCommerce or performance marketing.
- **Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or Canva**.
- **Experience with short-form video content editing** for paid ads (TikTok, Meta, YouTube Shorts).
- **Strong understanding of social media advertising best practices** for DTC brands.
- **Ability to repurpose existing content into engaging new formats**.
- **A keen eye for trends, typography, and storytelling in eCommerce advertising**.
- **Basic motion graphics skills** are a plus.
- **Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment**.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Experience with A/B testing ad creatives.
- Knowledge of paid ad performance metrics and how creative impacts results.
- Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands, especially in the food/snacks category.
