**Job Title**: Creative Designer

**Experience**: 2-3 years

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and create visually stunning designs for various digital and print media.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Produce engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with client or brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative design approaches.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Communicate and present design ideas effectively to clients and team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced agency environment.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
