**Job Title: Nurse Educator**
**Location: New Delhi (Naraina Vihar)**
**Experience: 3-5 years**
**Role & responsibilities**
**Curriculum Development**: Design, develop, and update nursing education programs and curricula to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.Ensure that educational content aligns with the latest advancements in healthcare and nursing practices.
**Instruction and Training**:Deliver engaging and informative lectures, workshops, and training sessions to nursing staff and students.Provide hands-on clinical training to enhance practical skills and ensure competency.
**Assessment and Evaluation**: Develop and implement assessment tools to evaluate the progress and performance of nursing students and staff.Provide constructive feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.
**Professional Development**: Stay abreast of developments in nursing education, healthcare, and related fields.Facilitate ongoing professional development opportunities for nursing staff to enhance their knowledge and skills.
**Collaboration**: Collaborate with nursing leadership and other healthcare professionals to ensure alignment between educational programs and clinical practice.Foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment for nursing students.
**Mentorship**: Serve as a mentor for nursing students and junior staff, providing guidance and support in their educational and professional journey.
**Compliance and Accreditation**:Ensure that educational programs comply with relevant regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.Assist in the preparation of documentation for accreditation processes.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing Education or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in nursing education.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development, instructional methodologies, and assessment techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and educational tools.
- Valid nursing license
**Salary**: ₹23,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
