We are an extremely fast-growing B2B marketplace changing how the global jewellery industry operates. We connect buyers and sellers of jewellery on our online platform and facilitate the most transparent, efficient and cost-effective way to sell and buy jewellery.

Nivoda has a rapidly growing workforce expanding into new countries with a dynamic, supportive and collaborative culture.

The company's sales have grown over 250% in the last 12 months, and the team has grown from 30 to almost 200 internationally. We are a global team of big thinkers, risk takers and hard workers.

**What you'll do**:
Work in partnership with hiring managers to define exciting job descriptions that bring A players to Nivoda-
- Find new ways to attract top talent and streamline the recruiting processReview and shortlist CVs based on the requirements of the positionFacilitate all further interviews with the selected panel and ensure detailed feedback is provided at each stageBuild strong talent pipelines, advertising opportunities on LinkedIn and other relevant job boards such as Otta & IndeedDevelop strong working relationships with global hiring managers at NivodaOwn an engaging offer and onboarding process for new joiners to include documentation gathering, references, discovery health set up, hardware, software set up & welcoming calls-
- Support with HR needs including advice, internal policies, exit process, contract amendments**What you'll need**:
At least 4 years experience hiring in-house, preferably in a tech start up / scale up business-
- Experience in Commercial / sales recruitment including sourcing, CV screening and interviewing-
- First class communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders globallyThe desire to work simultaneously across both specialist and high volume recruitment-
- Passionate about Talent Acquisition and being part of a high growth, fast paced environment-
- Proven track record of success achieving and exceeding metrics and goals-
- Eager attitude and entrepreneurial spirit-
- Desirable: experience recruiting globally, preferably across EMEA**What you'll get**:
