Role Description The People & Talent Associate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth delivery of talent acquisition and human resource operations within the organization. Responsibilities include identifying and recruiting top-tier talent, working on employee onboarding and engagement activities, assisting with performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and best practices. This full-time, on-site position is based in Hyderabad. Qualifications - Talent acquisition and recruitment expertise, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates - Ability to develop and maintain employee engagement and performance management processes - Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail for HR operations and compliance - Interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive workplace relationships - Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently - Proficiency in using HR software and tools, with strong computer skills - Experience in a similar People & Talent or HR role is a plus Compensation: 3-4 LPA
