**Acommodation & Transport + Allowance**

**Key Responsibilities:1. Classroom Teaching & Instruction**
- Plan, design, and implement engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Use innovative teaching methods, including storytelling, hands-on activities, and technology integration.
- Encourage curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking in students.
- Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.

**2. Student Assessment & Progress Tracking**
- Conduct formative and summative assessments to evaluate student learning.
- Maintain detailed records of student progress, performance, and behavior.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to enhance their learning experience.
- Identify and support students with learning difficulties or special educational needs (SEN).
- Prepare student progress reports and communicate effectively with parents/guardians.

**3. Classroom Management & Student Engagement**
- Establish and enforce rules for behavior and classroom procedures.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
- Use discipline strategies that promote respect, responsibility, and cooperation.
- Encourage active participation and engagement through discussions, group work, and interactive activities.
- Foster a love for learning by making the classroom an exciting and motivating space.

**4. Curriculum Planning & Development**
- Align lesson plans with the school’s academic framework and national education standards.
- Integrate co-curricular and extracurricular activities to enhance student learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve the curriculum.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and educational trends.

**5. Collaboration & Communication**
- Work closely with fellow teachers, school administrators, and staff to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development programs, and school events.
- Engage with parents through parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and regular communication.
- Guide and mentor students in their personal and academic development.

**6. Use of Educational Technology**
- Incorporate digital tools and multimedia resources to make lessons more engaging.
- Utilize e-learning platforms, smart boards, and online assessments to enhance teaching effectiveness.
- Encourage students to use technology responsibly for research and learning purposes.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chhibramau, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
