**Job Summary**:
The Pre-Primary Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for young children. The teacher supports early childhood development by fostering cognitive, social, emotional, and motor skills through play-based learning, structured activities, and interactive teaching.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Teaching & Learning**:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities.
- Introduce foundational literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
- Encourage curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving through play-based learning.
- Use storytelling, music, arts, and hands-on activities to make learning enjoyable.
- Foster early social skills, teamwork, and independence among children.

**2. Child Development & Care**:

- Monitor and assess children’s progress in cognitive, motor, and emotional development.
- Identify learning challenges or special needs and collaborate with specialists if needed.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Provide emotional support and help children build confidence and self-esteem.

**3. Classroom Management**:

- Maintain discipline using positive reinforcement and age-appropriate behavior management techniques.
- Establish daily routines that provide a sense of security and structure.
- Encourage respect, kindness, and inclusion among students.

**4. Communication & Parent Engagement**:

- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding child progress and concerns.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings and provide feedback on children’s development.
- Offer guidance to parents on how to support early learning at home.

**5. School Activities & Extracurricular Involvement**:

- Organize and participate in school events, field trips, and celebrations.
- Support school-wide initiatives related to early childhood education.
- Engage in team planning and collaboration with other teachers.

**6. Professional Growth & Development**:

- Attend training programs and workshops to enhance early childhood teaching skills.
- Stay updated on child psychology, early education trends, and innovative teaching methods.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve curriculum and teaching strategies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chhibramau, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
