**Customer Support Executive**
**Responsibilities**
- Inbound calling ,outbound calling and cold calling, answering customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and relevant information about our products and services
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or department
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
- Record and document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system
- Identify and report common customer issues and trends to improve service quality
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to provide seamless customer support
- Stay updated on product features, policies, and procedures
**Requirements(CSE)**
- Proven experience as a customer support executive or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and inbound calling, outbound calling and cold calling.
- Fluent in English and at least one other language
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Customer-centric and service-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with CRM systems and tools
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite
- HSC(12th pass)or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus

Shift timing - **9.30am to 6.30pm**
**Sunday fixed off**

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
