**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation & Curation**:

- Develop and implement engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create and schedule posts, including text, images, and videos that align with the brand’s tone and voice.
- Curate relevant content from external sources and share it on the social media channels.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels.
- Engage with followers to build a positive community around the brand.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or concerns effectively.
- **Social Media Strategy & Scheduling**:

- Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with the company’s marketing strategy.
- Schedule posts using social media management tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track, analyze, and report social media metrics (engagement, reach, clicks, etc.) to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Adjust content and strategies based on insights to improve performance.
- **Social Media Advertising**:

- Create and execute paid social media ad campaigns to drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and achieve specific marketing goals.
- Manage the budget for paid ads and optimize campaigns to ensure a positive ROI.
- **Brand Consistency**:

- Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice, style, and mission.
- Maintain consistent messaging and visual aesthetics across all social media channels.
- **Trend Monitoring**:

- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform changes, and emerging tools to incorporate into the brand’s strategy.
- Utilize popular hashtags, memes, or social movements that align with the brand’s values.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Proven Experience**: 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business.
- **Content Creation**: Strong creative skills and experience in creating visual content (images, videos, infographics).
- **Social Media Tools**: Proficient in using social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- **Strong Writing Skills**: Excellent written communication with an understanding of tone and audience.
- **Community Engagement**: Experience in building and engaging with online communities.
- **Advertising Expertise**: Knowledge of paid social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- **Trend Awareness**: Ability to stay current with social media trends, memes, and platform updates.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- **Attention to Detail**: Careful attention to detail and the ability to proofread and edit content.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
- Knowledge of SEO and keyword strategies for social media.
- Experience in creating and managing paid campaigns on social media platforms.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
