**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop, create, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and oversee the company's social media profiles and presence, including daily monitoring, posting, and engagement activities.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Community Engagement**: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive online community.
- **Collaborations**: Work with internal teams (e.g., marketing, design, product) and external influencers or partners to develop and promote content and campaigns.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate these into our social media strategy.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all social media content is consistent with the brand's identity, messaging, and overall marketing strategy.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Basic knowledge of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media KPIs.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Graphic design skills and proficiency with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
