**Job Description: Customer Relations Executive at Veg Ease**

**Location: Asf centre 362-363, tower B, 5th floor, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon, Phase-IV**

Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our valued customers.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
1. **Customer Engagement**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Provide product information, pricing, availability, and any relevant details to customers.

2. **Order Management**:

- Receive and process customer orders through various channels, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate order fulfillment, shipping, and delivery processes.

3. Issue Resolution:

- Handle customer complaints, issues, and returns with empathy and efficiency, striving to find swift and satisfactory solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and ensure timely follow-up.

4. **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain a deep understanding of Veg Ease's product offerings, including ingredients, nutritional information, and benefits, to provide accurate information to customers.

5. Communication:

- Craft clear and concise responses that uphold the company's brand and values.

6. **Customer Feedback**:

- Collect and document customer feedback, suggestions, and insights to help improve products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address recurring issues and contribute to process improvement.

7. Customer Relationship Building:

- Nurture long-lasting relationships with customers by consistently providing exceptional service and demonstrating genuine care for their needs.

8. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from order placement to delivery.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Gurgaon, Haryana (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
