**Job Title**: Social Media Manager

**Location**: Agra

**Job Type**: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- **Strategy Development**: Craft and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with our marketing goals.
- **Content Creation**: Develop, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos) tailored for each platform.
- **Community Engagement**: Monitor, respond to, and engage with our online community to foster relationships and encourage user interaction.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future strategies.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and integrate them into our strategy.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Strong understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kamla Nagar, Agra, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media management: 1 year (preferred)
