**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Management**:

- Supervise day-to-day operations at the site, ensuring smooth execution of the project.
- Interpret and implement **architectural and technical drawings** accurately.
- Ensure adherence to project plans, timelines, and safety regulations.
- **Material Handling**:

- Manage **material specifications** and ensure timely procurement of required materials.
- Oversee the quality and quantity of materials delivered to the site.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for **purchasing** and delivery.
- **Team Supervision**:

- Direct and monitor subcontractors, workers, and other on-site personnel.
- Resolve on-site issues and provide technical guidance to the workforce.
- Ensure proper allocation of tasks and maintain productivity levels.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that the work aligns with approved **drawings** and specifications.
- Address any deviations in quality or execution promptly.
- **Reporting**:

- Maintain daily site reports, including progress, material usage, and issues encountered.
- Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders regarding site status and challenges.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure all site activities comply with safety standards and regulations.
- Promote a culture of safety among workers and enforce safety protocols.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of **architectural and technical drawings.**:

- Proficiency in **material specifications** and **purchasing processes.**:

- Hands-on experience in site supervision for **retail and office space projects.**:

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage and motivate on-site teams effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and site management tools.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in **Civil Engineering** or a related field.
- 3-4 years of proven experience in site supervision, particularly in retail and office projects.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
