**Key Responsibilities of a Site Supervisor**
- **Team Supervision**:

- Manage and coordinate the activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and other site staff.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure work is completed according to standards.
- **Safety Management**:

- Enforce health and safety regulations on-site.
- Conduct regular safety checks and ensure all workers use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Investigate and report any incidents or accidents.
- **Work Monitoring**:

- Inspect ongoing work to ensure it meets quality standards and adheres to project specifications.
- Address and resolve issues or delays that arise during construction.
- **Communication**:

- Act as a point of contact between workers and project managers or engineers.
- Relay instructions and updates from management to the site team.
- Provide regular progress reports to project stakeholders.
- **Resource Management**:

- Ensure the timely availability of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Minimize wastage and optimize resource utilization.
- **Problem-Solving**:

- Identify potential issues, such as delays, worker conflicts, or equipment failures, and take immediate corrective actions.
- Adapt to changes in project scope or design on-site.

**Skills Required for a Site Supervisor**
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols.
- Basic technical understanding of project plans and specifications.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Time and resource management expertise.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
