**Role Summary**
Avahi is seeking an organized and motivated Resource Coordinator to manage the allocation and optimization of team resources, ensuring smooth project operations and exceptional service delivery. This entry-level role offers comprehensive training, hands-on experience, and significant growth opportunities for individuals eager to develop their careers in resource management and project coordination.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Resource Management**
- Allocate team resources to projects, ensuring utilization aligns with organizational goals.
- Monitor resource availability and adjust allocations to meet project demands.
**Support Ticket Allocation**
- Efficiently assign support tickets to reduce backlog and ensure compliance with SLAs.
**Timesheet Approval & Reporting**
- Review and approve weekly timesheets submitted by team members.
- Generate and share utilization reports with leadership to provide actionable insights.
**Onboarding**
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new team members, ensuring smooth integration into the organization and specific projects.
**Collaboration with Project Managers**
- Work closely with Project Managers to coordinate resource allocation and provide regular updates on team availability.
**Sales/Pre-Sales Support**
- Partner with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to ensure appropriate resources are allocated during the sales cycle, supporting successful project initiation.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic office software such as Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
- Enthusiasm for learning and developing in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Previous experience or exposure to project coordination or resource management is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud technology projects is desirable but not required.
