**Role**: GDC RM Coordinator

**Job Location**: Pune

The RM Coordinator would be responsible for

Assisting the RM team with keeping the Supply tracker and Bench report up-to-date

Work with the OCS vendors for demand fulfillment

Sharing requirement/JD with the vendor.

Initial screening of the OCS profiles, Shortlisting resumes, scheduling interviews, sharing feedbacks and updating the OCS tracker

Coordinating with the Contingent Labor team for on-boarding of OCS

Preparing monthly/weekly Reports and Dashboards

**Qualification**:
Business Graduate with min 3-4 years of TA experience

Must have prior work experience of Vendor Management

Proficient in MS Excel, analysis and reporting

Reporting tool (Power BI/Tableau) knowledge/experience is an advantage

Excellent communication skills is mandatory

Preferred location - Pune
