**Insurance Executives **required

Any Graduate (Male / Female ) with having experience in Life Insurance / appointing Insurance advisor

Field work will be mandatory

This will be AADM position

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment and Onboarding**:

- Identify and recruit potential insurance agents or advisors.
- Conduct interviews and selection processes to ensure a qualified and motivated team.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new recruits.
- **Training and Development**:

- Develop and implement training programs for agents to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular workshops and sessions to upgrade the team's skills.
- **Performance Management**:

- Set clear performance expectations and targets for the team.
- Monitor individual and team performance against set goals.
- Implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Work closely with agents to drive sales and achieve business targets.
- Develop strategies to expand the agency network and market presence.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by the agency network.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure that all activities adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Generate and analyze reports on recruitment, training, and sales performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, insurance, or a related industry.
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with insurance products and industry trends is a plus.
