Client Relationship Officer

The person who is responsible for managing the inbound leads and making sure that the business targets are met by delivering excellent service. The person is also responsible for keeping good relationship with client through frequent interaction and engagements.

Responsible for making sure that the client relationship is strong and that results 100% client retention and minimum average billing/projects per year. Making sure that retention strategies are in effect and effective.
- Responsible for doing periodic follow up with clients to make sure that new projects are always active as well as to push new products and services. This will enable to complete to cross sell and upsell new services.
Responsible for doing follow up with project to make sure that they are planning the delivery of the services as per the deadline. Make sure that the client is completely satisfied with the services provided by the company.
- Responsible for understanding the requirements of the client through proper need analysis process, record, highlight and communicate the requirements to the creative and project department for best-in-class service delivery.
- Responsible for implementing the target division wise through communicating the marketing plan and strategy for achieving the result.
- Responsible person for preparing the target for the divisions based on the analysis and ensures that the target is there for both BD and sales.
- Responsible for adding dealers, distributors and direct sales channels for the business development target achievement. Make sure that the target is being achieved within the timeline.
- Accountable for the brand reach and image of the company and its products through regular, effective and ensure tie ups with all potential channels.
- Responsible for meeting a minimum of 40% extra reach in the product and 30% additional business development in terms of sales and network.
- Accountable for monitoring the day to day marketing operations of the company through regular report evaluation and by taking corrective measures time to time.
- Accountable for monitoring monthly performance of the team by analyzing the efforts and targets achieved by them as well as the extra efforts they made for the achievement.
- Responsible for reviewing the business orders randomly and make sure that the credit management in under controlled and no services are delivered for overdue customers.
- Responsible for managing the due collection periodically with the proper utilization of the team members and make sure that credit period is strictly followed by the customers.
- Responsible for sending the daily report every day to support the management in taking decisions and action for improving the business and branding.
- Responsible for reviewing the effectiveness, consistency and the result from each activities and strategies that implemented in the branches for promotion and marketing.
