Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee entire operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Lead and manage team of managers across various domains
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (RBI, NBFC, etc.)
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders
- Retired RBI Officer (AGM/DGM) or
- Ex-Banking Senior Manager (15+ years of experience)
- Proven track record of leadership and management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to drive results-oriented culture

- Customer Service

**Requirements**:

- Age: 40-55 years
- Relevant experience in financial services or regulatory bodies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- In-depth knowledge of RBI guidelines and banking regulations
