**Role Description**

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for overseeing the technological direction of the company. The CTO will lead the development and implementation of technology strategies, ensure the scalability and security of our systems, and drive innovation to maintain our competitive edge. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Technology Strategy: Develop and execute the company’s technology strategy in alignment with business goals. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our technology stack remains cutting-edge.
- Leadership: Lead and mentor the technology team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Manage and oversee the recruitment, development, and performance of the technology department.
- Product Development: Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of technology solutions that drive product development and operational efficiency. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality technology solutions.
- Infrastructure Management: Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our technology infrastructure. Oversee system architecture, cloud services, and IT operations.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Product, Marketing, and Sales, to align technology initiatives with business objectives. Act as a technology advisor to the executive team.
- Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation within the technology team. Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to enhance productivity and drive competitive advantage.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technology-related risks. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

**Qualifications**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS, or PhD) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior management position. Proven experience in developing and executing technology strategies.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of software design & development, system architecture, asterisk, and IT infrastructure. Experience with cloud computing, cybersecurity, asterisk, and emerging technologies.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
- Strategic Thinking: Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills. Ability to align technology initiatives with business goals and drive innovation.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Agile and adaptable, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and opportunities.

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
