Real Estate Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
- Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, cold calling, and online marketing.
- Build and maintain a client database for potential buyers and sellers.
Property Sales:
- Conduct property showings and tours for potential buyers.
- Provide detailed information about properties, neighbourhoods, market conditions, and comparable sales to help clients make informed decisions. Listing Presentation:
- Prepare and deliver compelling listing presentations to potential sellers.
- Advise clients on pricing strategies based on market trends and property conditions. Negotiation:
- Negotiate pricing as per terms and conditions on behalf of Company to secure favourable agreements for buyers.
- Facilitate communication with buyers to reach mutually beneficial outcomes. Market Research:
- Stay informed about real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations. -Conduct comparative market analysis (CMA) to assist clients in determining property values. Paperwork and Documentation:
- Prepare and review real estate documents, including contracts, purchase agreements, and disclosure statements.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is complete and accurate for each transaction. Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the buying process.
- Address client concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally. Networking:
- Build and maintain relationships with other real estate professionals, Bankers, brokers, and industry contacts.
- Attend industry events, Expo’s, and community activities to expand the network. Adherence to Regulations:
- Stay compliant with real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Ensure all transactions adhere to legal and ethical guidelines. Qualifications: Communication Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals. Negotiation Skills:
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively. Market Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of local real estate market trends, property values, and neighbourhood dynamics. Sales and Marketing:
- Sales experience and marketing skills to effectively promote properties and attract potential clients. Organisational Skills:
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple listings and clients simultaneously. Tech Savvy:
- Proficiency in using real estate software, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and online marketing platforms.
