- 1. Supervise day-to-day civil work activities at project sites.
- 2. Coordinate with labour teams, site engineers, and in-charge personnel to ensure smooth workflow.
- 3.Manage and monitor site tools, equipment, and machinery with accountability..
- 4. Maintain documentation and prepare reports related to materials, machinery, and tools
- 5. Operate company vehicles (Dumper, Mazda, Nissan, or equivalent) when required.
- 6. Ensure safe and efficient vehicle operation and site compliance.
- 7. Act as a point of contact with local communities near project sites.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in construction management with a focus on civil projects.
- Valid driving license with ability to operate heavy vehicles (Dumper, Mazda, Nissan, etc.).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage labour teams effectively
- Honest, job-oriented, and willing to relocate/move as per project requirements.

Pay: ₹22,500.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Construction: 2 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
