**Job Description
- Site Supervisor( Civil)**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team and oversee the construction of high-quality turf projects. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for all aspects of the project, from planning and scheduling to execution and completion. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and our in-house team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

**Responsibilities**:
Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects

Manage and supervise a team of construction workers

Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety

Manage project budgets and timelines

Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders

Resolve project issues and problems

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the turf construction field or any construction field experience

Strong understanding of turf construction techniques and best practices

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driver’s license

Willing to travel for work
