A) Academic Happiness Officer

As an Academic Happiness Officer, the professional's primary responsibility would be value fulfillment for a student. The Academic Happiness officer will be accountable for creating a success story for the student through the fulfillment of the work-study program on offer. Their daily tasks will include training, mentoring, building a relationship with the student, inspiring them to work on gaining practical knowledge through the ongoing projects assigned to them.

They will be responsible for the satisfaction and happiness of these student accounts by assisting and guiding them to fulfill their goals and needs within the Edoofa program.

This role will give someone the opportunity to open up other potential business collaboration opportunities - commercial and noncommercial channels through these students by creating successful and happy customers.

What will you do:
1) Coordinate with the enrollment/KAM team to understand a particular account's (student) details before mentoring them

2) Creating project outlines along with the project management/SEELS team for efficient project delivery through students

3) Training and mentoring them at every step to create an impact on their skill set.

4) Helping students earn scholarship credits by helping them deliver projects

5) Create and curate curriculum and content for training on a regular basis

6) Coordinate with senior mentors to improve a student's overall growth as a professional.
