- Closely working with business and global solution team to understand Business/Process requirements, Challenges and future vision; define Enterprise level process automation solution with Appian platform
- Experience in defining Engineering and design principles in accordance to the latest industry standards, new technologies, adaptable to Cloud services, integration patterns that are best aligned with Appian
- Defining engineering governance, solution direction, best practices in collaboration with regional solution and delivery team
- Design flexible, adaptable, modular and reusable business solution based on Appian framework across multiple countries in collaboration with Global Architect Community, product delivery and operation support teams
- Closely work with the delivery, DevSecOps and Appian engineering team in building standard development process with

- **Technical Acumen**: a strong technology foundation to ensure you positively guide technical discussions and solution design to optimize business solutions and services. Open-source technologies, cloud enablement and strategy, group alignment of platform strategy are some of the key competencies required. Hands-on technologist with extensive engineering background. More than 5+ years of experience in designing Enterprise Workflow Solution using Appian with overall Application design experience for 12 years+
- **Strategic Focus**: Incorporates a long-term perspective on the Chubb Life Group and the markets in which it operates into, both planning and execution.
