About TMUS Global Solutions T-Mobile is Americas supercharged Un-carrier challenging conventions and setting new standards in wireless With the nations largest and fastest 5G network T-Mobile delivers advanced connectivity and unmatched value to millions across the U S Were unwaveringly obsessed with providing the best possible service experience driven by a spirit of disruption that fuels competition and innovation in wireless and beyond TMUS India Private Limited is a subsidiary of T-Mobile US Inc and operates as TMUS Global Solutions About the Role The Manager Product Engineering is responsible for executing the design product and technical build support and maintenance of a key product or limited product portfolio as well as the supporting technology capabilities and infrastructure that support that product in an Agile driven environment Most often leading teams of 5 - 10 FTE and may lead teams of onshore and offshore contracting companies Direct reporting line may include team s of Product Manager s Product Owner s technical and solution architecture DevOps management UI UX Test as well as full stack Software Development The Manager Product Engineering is also responsible for attracting hiring retaining a high performing full stack team of Product Managers Software Developers architects other members of technical staff to support products and platforms This role is also directly accountable for developing strong and productive relationships outside your direct teams with Customer or Customer representative teams partner organizations dependent engineering teams and supporting vendors What Youll Do Effectively manage product and engineering team to achieve results by providing appropriate direction timely developmental feedback and coaching and conducting performance reviews and conversations Monitor and measure work tasks to ensure deliverables are provided on time and within budget Manage both technical relationships with assigned vendors including driving features and function requests for inclusion in future product releases Drive continuous development practice improvements across technical disciplines e g team structure roles processes tooling security compliance Interview and hire qualified team members striving to improve T-Mobile bench strength and augmenting product or project teams with contract staff when required Own delivery of key product platform functionality while partnering closely with internal teams and external stakeholders Represent the teams technical strategy and execution with leadership and other technical partners Lead performance management mentoring coaching and career pathing for team members Participate in cross-functional planning sessions and work closely with Product and Engineering leaders What Youll Bring Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Engineering IT or equivalent experience 5 8 years of product management experience in an agile software development environment Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Agile project management tools Understanding of end-to-end Agile delivery lifecycle and execution Strong technical writing and requirements elicitation skills Experience delivering large and complex business or technology initiatives Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to define initiatives features and user stories for DevOps teams Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Must Have Skills System Architecture APIs Integrations Cloud Platforms AWS Azure Java Spring REST APIs CI CD Pipelines Infrastructure as Code Microservices Security Compliance AI ML Fundamentals Performance Optimization Agile Scrum Leadership Product Road mapping Stakeholder Management Team Leadership Mentorship Cross-Functional Collaboration Nice To Have Certified Scrum Master CSM Scrum Product Owner Certification CSPO Agile Certified Practitioner PMI-ACP
