About Us Marriott International Inc headquartered in Bethesda Maryland USA was founded in May 1927 by J Willard Marriott and Alice S Marriott with a modest nine-seat A W root beer stand Guided by the family s leadership and core principles Marriott International today has grown into a global hospitality giant operating approximately 9 000 properties and over 30 leading brands in more than 140 countries and territories From such humble beginnings to becoming the worlds largest hotel company Marriott International has never stopped searching for inventive ways to serve its customers provide opportunities for its associates and grow their business At Marriott Tech Accelerator center MTA Hyderabad India Marriott is exploring the world we live in and all its possibilities At Marriott Tech Accelerator we are a team of passionate engineering minds dedicated to creating and building cutting-edge solutions that streamline operations and elevate guest experiences Marriott Tech Accelerator center isfully owned andoperated by ANSR All associates atMarriott Tech Accelerator will be ANSR employees delivering services exclusively to ANSR s client Marriott International To knowmore about us please visit Role Title Business Analyst Position Summary The Business Analyst BA for the Digital Brand Experiences team plays a pivotal role in enabling Marriotts digital transformation across brand and marketing sites by bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions The BA partners closely with product managers UX designers engineering leads and content authors to translate business needs into actionable requirements and ensure seamless execution across squads Job Responsibilities Requirements Gathering Documentation Collaborate with stakeholders and product squad to elicit analyze refine and document business requirements for Digital Brand Experiences initiatives including new brand site launches new components capabilities and platform enhancements Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with product owners UX engineering and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented accurately Digital Experience Optimization Support efforts to track measure and improve digital KPIs such as traffic engagement and conversion across brand sites Leverage analytics tools to identify trends and recommend enhancements Design Standards Accessibility Compliance Ensure that all requirements and deliverables adhere to Marriotts digital design standards and meet ADA accessibility guidelines Collaborate with UX Product and engineering teams to validate compliance and support inclusive design practices Process Improvement Operational Efficiency Identify opportunities to streamline workflows across intake and requirements gathering Recommend process enhancements that improve velocity reduce rework and increase cross-team transparency Project Coordination Intake Management Support the intake and prioritization of stakeholder requests using Jira and other tools Ensure alignment with strategic initiatives and ROI-driven decision-making Support Documentation Create and maintain detailed technical support documentation including process flows troubleshooting guides and system configuration references to ensure consistent knowledge sharing and operational continuity across teams Skill and Experience Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science Technology Engineering Marketing or related field 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst Product Owner or Product Manager preferably in digital product or web platform environments Proven track record in conceptualizing designing and delivering successful digital products or services showcasing a deep understanding of user needs and market trends Deep expertise in Agile frameworks Scrum Kanban SAFe strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remove blockers while aligning teams on priorities and delivery goals Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate ideas and results in English Preferred experience Hospitality or travel industry experience Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel Adobe Analytics Tableau or similar tools Experience with Adobe Experience Manager AEM Education and Certifications Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience certification Work location Hyderabad India Work mode Hybrid Marriotts core values At Marriott our make us who we are We believe that success is never final As we change and grow the beliefs that are most important to us stay the sameputting people first pursuing excellence embracing change acting with integrity and serving our world Being part of Marriott Tech Accelerator means being part of a proud history and a thriving culture
